BUSHMILLS Online Store: Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through this site. Please read them carefully before you place an order.
1. The BUSHMILLSŪ Online Store is owned or controlled by Diageo plc and/or its affiliated companies, but it is operated by Internet Logistics, a trading division of Elmbank Logistics Ltd, ("we" or "us"). 2. When you purchase goods through the BUSHMILLSŪ WebStore, your contract for purchase is with Internet Logistics.
3. When you complete your order we will send an email to you at the email address you provide in the order form with confirmation of your order and an order number. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order.
4. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is not taken until the point of despatch of the goods to you from our premises. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a further email to you at the address provided in the order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.
5. We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies relating to goods appearing on the BUSHMILLSŪ Online Store.
6. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

9. The BUSHMILLSŪ Online Store charges in Pounds Sterling and displays the approximate Euro equivalent. Value added tax is included in the price of the goods, but delivery charges are not. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro or Solo? Cards.
10. Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You have the right, within fourteen (14) working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) from the date of your receipt of the relevant goods, to cancel our contract with you. This right does not apply to products stated by us on the Site to be non-returnable including, without limitation, confectionary.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with our goods or services, you have the right to cancel your order up to fourteen (14) working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) after receipt of your product and we will refund the full purchase price you paid for the goods you ordered, although we do reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the goods by post. In such circumstances you must return the product to us in good condition. If the goods have arrived to you in a damaged state, are faulty or sent as an error our on our behalf, we will automatically refund the postage.
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 14 working days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Whilst goods you wish to return are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. To process a return, please follow the steps below.

Returns
- Please phone 0870 759 1700 to ask for a return authorization number prior to returning goods.
- Complete the return section on the reverse of your order's packing slip.
- Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form, including your return authorization number.
- Return merchandise by pre-paid mail. Please ask for proof of posting certificate and retain it for your records.
We will credit your credit/debit card account within 14 working days of our receipt of the goods. Any costs you incur in returning the goods to us are not refundable unless the item/s are faulty, sent as an error on our behalf or arrived to you in a damaged state. Perishable food items cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are not affected.
